Assault Static!

Hey guys!  I'm interested in starting an Assault static.  I'd like to start from PFC and move up, but if you're PSC (lowest rank) that's fine too.  Since you can only do 1 assault per day, we'd meet twice a week to do missions in a quick, orderly fashion.

I'd prefer we meet Sundays (afternoon'ish) and Wednesdays (late afternoon to evening), but we can work something out if that doesn't fly.

Purpose:  1st) Rank up to SM, fast as possible.
               2nd) Farm for rare/ex gears from missions
               3rd) Farm for cash

Requirements:
1) Bring your own food, gear, and meds as needed.  I'll be happy to post/inform about what we're doing at the next assault meeting as we go, but we'll be geared to progress forward.  I'll post what to bring to ensure we get success out of every mission.
2) Be on time.  This goes without saying, but I figured I'd say it here.  In a game with so many time sinks, let's try not to give our comrades more of them than needed.
3) Be flexible[/u].  I'm looking for people who can dependably make it to missions, and multiple available jobs would be a big plus.  We might do capped events as needed, so list any jobs you have over 50 that you're willing to gear up and bring.  For example, Lamia 13 practically requires 3 persons with dispel, which you -can- sub, but if someone doesn't even have that leveled to sub, then we're in trouble.

Times Available: Blocked out a bit on Sat.  Vacation from Dec 22-26.  Preferred Sundays and Wednesday evenings, but flexible.


For those that have dealt with me organizing stuff before, you know I can sometimes be a nazi, so please bear with me.  I do it because I want to see us get good results fast, so everyone benefits.  If you have any questions feel free to ask =)  You know where to find me.

EDIT: Ok, after reading, I found out you don't need to complete all the missions in a rank to move up in rank.  There's a point system.

Every new mission you complete earns you 5 pts, and every repeat earns you 1 pt.  At 25 points, you get the quest to rank up.  To review how many points you have, check with Abquhbah I-10 Aht Urhgan Whitegate, and ask about "Mercenary Assessment"

75 Blm, lvl 2 Assaults.  Weekends are great, pretty much anytime of the day.  Weeknights are open, but lemme know ahead of time plz.

Looking mostly for ppl that can make it regularly to the runs, so let's look at, say, Sundays around 6pm EST and Wednesdays around 8pm EST?  For our 6th spot we really need someone who can refresh or a tank.  BB can you maybe come Sunday and tank for us?

If that's ok with everyone, please get your 4th tag before saturday, and we'll do 4 runs on Sunday at 6  I'm also assuming you guys have all the relevant runic portals, so check w/ me if you don't and I can help run you out to them if ya need it.

Gonna start from the bottom up, here's the planned assaults for Sunday (all rank 1 missions):

Leujaoam Sanctum, Rank 1: Leujaoam Cleansing - balanced party setup is needed.  Kio - RDM, Suka - WHM, BB - PLD, Krash - any

Periqia, Rank 1: Seagull Grounded - balanced party, probably do after Leujaom and same jobs as that mission.

Mamool Ja Training Grounds, Rank 1: Imperial Agent Rescue - need a non-blink tank for this, then lots of support.  Krash - WAR/MNK, BB - PLD or WAR/MNK, Kio - RDM, Suka - WHM

Lebros Cavern, Rank 1: Excavation Duty - Mainly DD's, just bring your strongest DD job.  Suka - BLM, Kio - RDM

Lemme know if I'm overstepping my bounds - but I'm really excited about this =)  We can plow away at 3-4 missions per meeting and quickly rank up by at least 1 rank per week.

We've moved on to PFC as of the end of last night. As far as I know, we'll be doing 4 of the PFC on Sunday, which should personally push me (The lowest in points I think D:) to 25/25 of PFC and rank up.

Thus far, I think Kiona, Krashna, Dyce, Feryl and myself are the "Written in stone" members for static, since Cow quit. All of us are now up to PFC. I don't know what rank Brightblade is at the moment (I'd guess after all of last night he'd be PFC...), but Lance says he is PFC.

So...I don't really know if we're full or not Koeh D: or what Kiona's policy about going back to the PSC missions for a second time is. Sign up started like, almost a month ago, and there's potentially two people to fill in the spot to get the group moving on PFC missions as of the next static meeting. Thus, I don't know if you'd be high on pole for it (not trying to be an ass D:)

I meant more as a pick up person, for if you just want assault points or such, rather than for an actual static.  Just have a group of ppl, and decide what assault you want to do, what number of ppl and jobs you need for it, then do it if those ppl are online and not doing anything.  Mix and match type stuff.

A lot of the PSC missions are great for points (...that escort one is, sadly >_>), so we'll likely redo a bunch in the future.

I'll keep ya posted =D  But this sunday we're gonna try to get ppl ranked up, so we can access higher missions before we farm.  Cause a lot of the higher missions (HELLOOOOOO lebros supplies) are nearly impossible to do, so we're gonna need to spam the lower ones.
