Dyce is basically right though. Summary of the fight:
Foes:EV - Elvaan (PLD/WHM) - Spirits within will 1-shot a galka monk or koenig paladin. Has a nasty AoE silence + damage (centered on the target of the attack, called Dominion Slash). AoE Shield Bash (long stun), Benediction and Invincible, can use multiple times (likely benediction only once). Most dangerous and deadly of the 5, must be kited.
HM - Hume (NIN/WAR) - Cross Reaper (ow), blink tanks, other nasty sword-related weaponskills. High crit hit rate + mighty strikes spam. Mijin Gakure is used once, and is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Otherwise he's relatively tame.
TT - Taru (BLM/DRK) - Tier 3 (4?) AoE nukes, tier 4 (5?) single target nukes, AoE para/petra/damage move (called Amon Drive). Uses Guillotine, AoE WS, teleports around the arena at will. Highest threat of instant wipe, and easiest to take down. #1 target. Also uses Manafont and Blood Weapon (lol oh noes).
MR - Mithra (THF/BST) - Extremely high evasion, uses charm (single target, but can use repeatedly). Also has an AoE sleep+gravity WS (Havoc Spiral). Comes with random pet, worst being Tiger. Uses Perfect Dodge and Familiar. Overall low threat, but annoying (charm sucks, so does sleepga).
GK - Galka (SAM/DRG) - AoE Bind + Blind + Damage WS (Dragonfall?), Meikyou Shisui (can use over and over), Call Wyvern (uses upon aggro of AAs). Biggest threat is AoE, keep away from mages. Not hard to blink tank.
Strageties:The "Standard" way is to have at least 2 NINs (or PLD/NIN) blink-tanking the galka and hume at opposite corners of the arena (usually left and right side), with a third tank (NIN, PLD, or even 2 WAR/NINs) holding the mithra at bay at another corner.
A team of 1 talented paladin, or 2 working together shares hate and kits the elvaan down to the entrance and back to the stairs, being sure to keep her far far away from the alliance. She can be gravitied, so a red mage needs to tag along. She likes to do Spirits Within for 2,000+ damage, so avoid her at all costs.
A bard (recommended) or team of black mages keeps the pets (wyvern + bst pet) asleep near the base of the stairs if possible while the alliance wails on the tarutaru. Until the taru is dead, mages hang by the pets at the base of the stairs, to avoid being hit by Amon Drive.
Anyone that can come /nin (drks, sams, whatever) should. Amon drive CAN be blocked by shadows, and if it isn't blocked you're petrified for a long time.
Basically, after the taru's dead, the alliance moves on to the mithra (careful to sleep charmed players) and mages move into the center to help assist the 2 tanks blinking the galka and hume.
My preferred order is : TT>MR>MR's Pet>GK>GK's Pet. Then you choose your poison - HM or EV. Both are known to wipe alliances, and it's risky either way. I'd personally go after HM first, with barfira up.

Recommended Supplies- Reraise hairpins (for EVERYONE) are 100% essential for this BC. If you're down to HM and EV left, take them to the stairs to fight so that, in the event of a wipe, you can make a recovery.
- Echo Drops. If you cast (and you should! /nin ftw) you need echo drops.
- Hi-Potions: Tanks need to fill their inventory with these. Ninjas especially, since cures will easily rip a NM off you and over to that squishy white mage nearby.
The other way of doing this BC is to bring 15+ blms and just do a timed ele seal + thundaga III. Win.
