If anyone was interested, I am thinking about getting a static pt together. Right now, I'm at 33 with my SMN, and would like to get it to AF in as short of a time as possible. For the time being, though, I'm going to be on a limited play schedule as I have work and a new baby coming.
So, what I was looking for was anyone that might want to level a subjob or is still working on a main job, but is in the low 30s that would like to level with me. I don't care if we get 3 or 4 people and have 2 pick-ups each night, or if we get all 6 people that want to PT.
Here's what I'm looking for, though. I would like to get 6 people total on 2 nights a week, for 2 - 3 hours of PT from 7 - 10 PM (PST). Right now, the best nights are Tuesday and Thursday for me, but Friday could be used instead. If possible, I would like to get a setup that is also ENM friendly. I.e. we could get 9k of xp in 2-3 hours if we did nothing but an ENM run. We could also xp in Promy areas, thanks to the new xp structure that was implemented. This would be good for farming anima items so we could do ENM runs.
Right now, my SMN is 33, with about 3k til 34. I'm going to shoot for 35 by this weekend (maybe even tonight). So, if anyone is interested and has a job at that level who would like to guarantee a pt 2 nights a week, let me know.

Here's the setup so far:
SMN/WHM - Villain
BRD/WHM - Tenka
WHM/BLM - Pierce
PLD/WAR - Dalyce
RNG/NIN - Kaamah (?)

So, we need one more good DD. Would like to get a SAM, since they can skillchain with everything, but NIN would also work. DD NIN can do some good damage and works with SC's, allowing the PLD to handle tanking jobs. They can also tank if needed (i.e. adds, aggros, etc.).
If anyone has another preference, let me know.

i can try to get it up to close to 35 whereever u need it
weekday nights are perfect for me..

I would love to do this on White mage. It will only take me a week or so to get it to 33. If you don't mind giving me about week to prepare count me in!
Actually, if you want to start now, I can go as war (31) for now and just bring whm later.

Well, I can get to 35 tonight/tomorrow, and we can start it next week if you want. I want to level SMN as much as possible, so starting sooner than later would be good. Let's see where we're all at on Wednesday and go from there, if that sounds good.

mages/bards 33, melee 33-34, that's what we need.
I am going to hold off levelling smn for a few days, and would like to start this on Tuesday or Wednesday night this week. If you guys are interested, let me know by posting here.
We might have a MNK who is @ 33.. talking him into levelling SJ at the moment.

A good part of me wants to level my thief O.o currently 19 at the moment (With ninja sub at 20...) I can probably get a lot done durring my thanksgiving break in terms of sub job and getting thief to 33. I dunno :x I'm flexible >.>; While I still like black mage a lot, it would be interesting to try something new in a style such as this, so if required I wouldn't mind selling a few pieces of my gear to fund thief (In all honesty +35 elemental skill isn't very much needed at 72 ._. Birds in Lufiase (spelling) Meadows hardly resist with +27 >.>  . So...would you like a thief? P.S About last night Villain...I fell asleep D: ; ; Probably wouldn't matter as I awoke less than an hour later and found that my PoL had crashed or something and I couldn't really log in again for connection reasons...>< P.P.S O.o time difference between PST and EST is only an hour right? So it would be 8pm-11pm here? I suck at time conversions ><; |

Tenka was trying to convince me to join this, and it sounds interesting. I think it would be fun to do, but school keeps me busy.
Anyway, jobs I have/want to level:
32 RNG, 34 THF, 30 DRK, 26 NIN (But Tenka and I are probly just gonna do that together).
Actually, I really REALLY want to level WAR, but it's at 43. Maybe I could swap it in when we hit that level? I'd also prefer not to level RNG or NIN since that requires ass loads of money. Lemme know what you think.

Well, here's what we have so far: SMN, WHM, MNK, BRD So, between Suka and Cowlander we could use any of the following: DD/Puller Tank Let the battle begin  (Suka, it's a 3 hour difference, so 7pm PST = 10pm EST. Also, no big on Saturday night, we called it a night after that, anyways.) |

Ok so the party needs a tank. Tenka wants to level ninja with me. This might make an extra delay for the static, but we could have Tenka level her BRD to 37ish, then her and I will duo our ninjas to 37 also. Then she could jsut switch back to BRD and I'll go NIN?
It's either that, or Tenka and I level NIN separately, it seems :/
And if I do go as NIN I'm gonna need some sweet crafter hookups for the ninja tools... they be expensive sometimes.

it's up to you guys how you want to do it. i'm not hellbent on starting right this week, either. if i know we're actually going to be able to do it, and it's going to have to wait til the first week of dec. that's fine with me. just give me a date/time when you guys think you'll be ready.
i don't have much playtime available this week or next, anyways, so if it will give you guys time to get nin, brd, mnk, drg, drk, wtf levelled to 33, then have at 'er and git r done.

well my brd can be a few lvls lower than u guys when we start...i won't be doin much to the mob...i can slowly catch up other times...
let's lvl our nins to 33-34 then cow..
i should be ok for 3 more lvls on my own lol
and nin tank is good considering i'm doin brd which can give evasion bonus...we hv a thf and we don't hv a blm so the hate issue should be fine..
we should get pretty good chains..

here's a thought on this, too.. and I want an honest opinion from everyone:
chain IT's for 180-200 xp a pop, maybe chain 3-4
chain T - VT for 120 - 150 xp a pop, maybe chain 4-5+
If we want to do T-VT, we might go back out to the jungles and fight there until 35. We can also find alternate levelling locations (jugner forest, batallia downs, pashhow marshlands, rolanberry fields, etc.) to visit. Maybe do something a little out of the ordinary.
We can avoid gobs, if cow's worried about those with tanking. I'll let you guys help me decide that.

lol, needed to farm a little before i could keep leveling as I ran out of gil (I got down to 27 gil). Now I have about 200k so I'll get back to leveling. Put me back on the lineup and I'll be ready asap. I'm on vacation untill the 15th which will be much more then enough time to get it ready. Sorry about the delay.

ok guys.. I hate to do this, but since it's been 2 months since this idea came to me and we're no closer to getting it together, I'm gonna cancel this idea.
the last 3 or 4 nights of playing BLM hasn't been as fun as it used to be, and I want to level another job. since my other job is SMN, I am going to start levelling it if I can find a pt. maybe I'll get it to a level that some of your other jobs are at so we can pt then.
