I have never camped a NM before, so i could use some help with how to do or even IF i can do this. The NM is in Beadeux, named Ga'Bhu Unvanquished, supposedly a level 47-48 Red Mage. Well, since apparently both me and omni need it, maybe we can form a hunting PT and try and get 2 of em. As i understand, the Duel Rapier is also a semi-good (at least to me) source of some gil. I don't know if TH/TH2 influences the Mask.

My connection at work is being a dick atm, so i cant check this info, but from what i remember: spawns up in the back of beadeaux, along the top (over a two squares area on map), which is very very close to quads that conned IT to me at lvl 56.... and to get there you have to run past lots of em that con easy to dc at 56, meaning they'll aggro you.. which leads to me to believe that the ones surrounding him are likely to be easy/dc at 56, so they'll aggro... so at your level levinan, its without a doubt risky as shit, and i'd prepare sneak oils and such. best i've been able to figure, lottery pop, every 1-5 hours... just general lottery of quadav in the area... but between pops u could always go kill jellies and such for other drops.... i've been meaning to go there and do that anyways, so i'm in omni, u dont need this drop, u have af helm at 60 u fool... so if you get it, its for the gil. |

quish: drg AF helm = teh suck. Adds some HP and MND, which is only good for the wyverns breath attacks. Atk+7 sounds more appealing to me =\ Or if at least a PT wants it, I have it.

Ugh, this is looking pretty grim. I seem to be too weak to camp that NM. I tried camping the Stroper Chyme like Baudan suggested, but after almost 20 hours it never dropped. Tenka, thanks again for helping me with that. I don't really know what to do now. I really want that mask, but i can't figure out how to get 300-350k. Can anyone offer suggestions (other NMs, mining places, quests, anything)?

I dunno, but making a PT to go after Gu'Bhu Unvanquished is starting to sound pretty good. So far i think me, Omni, and Quish are interested. I think we would need a healer at least, and maybe a tank i'm not sure. It sounds like theres other NMs near this one, so we can kill lesser ones while we wait for the spawn.

I was there yesterday (for rank 5 stuff) and took a little look around, the oozes that drop drone earrings (50k each) are way overcamped... but there are some half-decent drops from all the regular mobs around there (i.e. garnet quadavs drop scrolls of silence and reraise and such). ... if u guys look at mystery tour there are lotsa NMs in that area, my rng just hit 50 so if i can take it a bit farther (around 55) i'll be more than willing to camp this with ya, i dont have equip for my drg and rng has wide scan |

lol i bet "half-decent" to you means very nice to me, but yeah while we wait it would be nice to get a few other drops. i am pretty sure that with me, omni, and quish, we would need a Whm or Rdm around too, but i'm still not sure if we'd need a tank.

btw, has anyone been able to get good info about spawn time for Ga/Bhu Unvanquished? i havn't been able to find any times, but i hear its a lottery of Emerald Quadavs.

i posted above, lottery pop of same tier quadavs in the area (same job type i'd imagine, dont know if its emerald or what) and spawn time is 1-5 hours.

ouch some vary there.... i say the best bet is nailing those reraise scrolls quish remember when we were there? you killed only 2 and both times silence and reriase were thrown out. easy as shit. i am thinking of going back there when i hit around 55-65 and attempt a single farm..=\ sigh so weak  |

actually silence and reraise were off one kill ... other ones i killed (bout 4 of em) didnt drop shit, and with arrow cost factored in i pretty well lost money on those..

You've seen my drg armor... its hurtin badly since i sold all the good stuff... and on top of that: i hate drg... and to add further: my rng at 52 does more dmg than my drg at 56.
