lol I've always hated when people say that some other meat tastes like chicken. They just don't have that much food experience... I've heard people say alligator tastes like chicken... it doesn't. Alligator kabobs taste more like roast goat meat than chicken, deep fry it it tastes similar to dark meat pork. Snake has a delicate texture that is more akin to fish than chicken. It takes flavors well and tastes naturally "clean", the meat is delicate, and juicy... the skin crisps similar to fish as well. Frog and rabbit if eaten prepared like chicken wings, I could understand making the mistake. I could see rabbit being prepared like pollo lingua tacos (chicken tongue), but you can season meat to taste similar to another meat, and take away form and yeah people will be confused. BUT neither taste like chicken. Frog is incredibly moist, and has a natural sweetness to it. Rabbit is gamy, takes a lot of chewing if you don't cook it right. Goes well as a substitute for a spicy chicken and rice soup. Grilling it, I'd suggest marinating, as it takes a while for it to accept flavors. Grilling it I would also suggest putting it in a fat wrap. On the stove, cook it in a butter sauce.
Now back to the randomness.
WTF don't we have scratch and sniff porno? I know there's a market out there for it... is it because people only look at internet porn now? or is it because they are afraid that people might catch a wiff of their own stains on the pages? or even worse... try to see if what it tastes like... oh well, i'm not 100% for the future of porn atm. Free flash porn is fine for me.

Yeah Rosh, better be careful on this thread, it's just crawling with easily offended people.  A friend of mine makes a 22 meat chili. Beef, pork, chicken, turkey, ostrich, snake (a few types), alligator, goat, alpaca, donkey, emu, and I can't even remember what else. It's bloody delicious. |

damn 22 meat chili? he must make a huge batch of chili, I wouldn't mind trying that.
