EDIT: The loser LS the specialists doesn't have enough rank 3 member above level 30 to play, so perhaps we just go as a LS anyway, and see if we can take someone else on? =\

If I can remember for tommorow ( aka translate into a time that I can actually use) I might just pop in Wink (that and figure out how to sign up).

But as a windhurstian. HAH. I shall fall full of arrows from some dumb ranger!

Getting Ballistia (Semi-Guide)
I dont recall this being openly posted somewhere so what the hell =P To get the Ballistia first you need rank 3, then you have to go and find your 'Conquest Organizor' (or something along that lines, tired. Wheee O-o)

For Windy the organizer is located in the Celestial Tower thingi, in the clerical area right beside door to exit. This is the most convient thing because thats the NPC you talk to finish rank 3 missions, tho believe all of the countries are similiar setup =P The NPC is a Mithra Ninja, quite fun to see yet has a horribly disturbing name.

For Sandy the organizer is located in Northern sandy beside the gate to West Ronafaure, with some horribly disturbing name.

For Bastok the organizer is located in the Metal Works (in Bastok Markets) right outside of the door to Cids Labs, on the 2nd level (so you need to take elevators). NPC is named Invincible Shield (only english-ish name so I could remember)

When you talk to the NPC for your country, you are given a letter for each of the other countries conquest organizors, have fun cause you gotta do some cross-country hiking/teleporting/warping/chocoing and such =P You can visit them in any order but BEFORE you can converse with the other countries conquest organizer, you must talk to the countries leader (Star Sybel for Windy, located in Celestial Tower. President for Bastok, located in Presidents office in Metal Works. The King for Sandoria, located in the Great Hall of Chateau D'Organelle or whatever).

So after you talk to the leader of the country and he gives you permission, then you can go and talk to the conquest organizer who will take the letters. After you give the letters it a long trek BACK to your starting organizer to get your conquest liscence.

Have fun with it =P Dont recall this being posted and dunno ifs been integrated into main info sites, and just felt like posting it.
