10-30 in one Day

After the problems encountered last time, I hope we can do this event again, and get far closer to 30 than we did last time.

Start Time: 1pm ET

Rules:

--You must have your assinged job between level 10-12 before the schedualed start time.

--You must have a fully leveled sub-job, that was assigned to your job.

--Have more than enough supplies to last until the next break.

--You cannot change your assigned job.
-- -- exception would be if you were changing roles with someone else in the PT at a certain level (I don't see the chance of this happening being very high though.)

-- You must make absolutely certain that I know if you are or are not going to be able to go on the assigned date. Don't sign up with "I should be able to" and never tell me that it is in fact a "Yes" or a "No".


Do not sign up if:

--Something may come up that would cause you to go AFK frequently or for long periods of time. That is, if you have parents or siblings who bother you on saturdays, arrange to have that day to yourself.

--You do not have jobs lower than level 12.

--If the schedualed date is not a day you can normally play long periods of time.

--If you have finals/tests/school work

--If you can't stay the entire time.


Signing up:

Put Preferred job  and sub job first, and other jobs below.
Put date(s) (preferablly a Friday, Saturday or Sunday) that would work best for you.
Things you need help on to prepare for the event (power leveling, inventory, armor, etc.)

Sorry... I was expecting so much and was dissapointed to see it fail. I can pass it on from here if you'd like, because things such as final decisons, camp locations, and breaks still need to be decided on.

I didn't mean to steal your idea. It is a great one, and I don't want it to fail, and our LS is far more than capable of doing this. You can take over from here.

This time arround I will leave nothing to chance. As of right now I am going to say Saturday, May 14 and I want the party to gather at 12:00 pm EST (I would go earlier but I don't want to kill you PST guys ). Every person will be expected to arrive meeting the folowing criteria:

Tank(s) - lv. 14
All others - lv. 12 or 13

Sub job (as assigned) must be at lv. 15 or higher BEFORE we gather.

Spells and gear to lv. 20

Loads of food/arrows/shinai/exc.

I want every person to have their jobs leveled and ready to go at least 3 days before the event!. Unlike last time 1-12 will be taken care of well before the event. I chose to change this part as different jobs can solo level faster then others.

Later I will post exactly where we will be camping and what mobs we will be fighting at what lvls.

We will be taking breaks according to the following schedule:

lv. 16 - 15 minutes
lv. 20 - 30 minutes
lv. 25 - 15 minutes

I will make myself available to PL all members on a few set dates (I will post them within  the next couple of days).

Further details will be posted within the week. Please post now with what jobs you would like to bring. List them in order of how badly you want to level them. Subs will be assigned according to what jobs we will have in the party.

I dunno if I will be available this time around, but I wanna give some advice to people thinking about going:

------EXTREMELY IMPORTANT- As Omni said, try to avoid going afk alot, that happened to us, and we ended up not gaining exp as fast.

Try to keep levels as close as possible, with the exception of melee/tanks/pullers being about 1 level above the mages/support doods. The fighters being a level higher makes 'em take a little less damage, more damage output, etc. Also, exp won't be gimped because your BRD is like, 3 levels higher than your BLM (who can't MB worth peanuts).

...bringing up my next point: Try to find out as much about your job as you can. Know what preferred methods are, what equipment to buy, etc. etc. This can make a LOT of difference, especially if you're going from a melee main to a mage, and vice versa. Also, buying the +1 version of the lowbie stuff can save you money and inventory space in the long run. Having stuff you can use all the way through Dunes is nice.

Other than that, it was really fun just to do something different, and hang out with the LS. Be sure to stock up on snacks and drinks too...

i'm leaving for my trip on 16th so i'll probably be busy packing and doin some final shopping
but i'll be the PL for ur subs if u guys want
just gather together and make a pt whne u guys get to around lvl 7-8
it'll be alot easier and faster

well, I was going to say sign me up, but it looks like I have a baseball game on the 14th, so I won't be attending.  However, I will be able to help at different times with PL and link assistance if needed.

So, if you want me for 'outside' support, let me know and I'll see what I can do to be there from 9 AM - 3:30 PM (PST) and then after 7:00 PM (PST).
