OK guys, several of us want to do CoP chapter 1. As I recall right now Cowlander Dragnok Sukasa and myself expressed interest. If you wan't to go just reply to this. From conversation within the LS this comming weekend should work. As you may recall I am hosting a Bastok Eco-War run Saturday at 6:00 pm EST. So we can start at noon Saturday, and if need be stop arround 6:00 and reconvine at 8:00 to continue. Does that work for everyone? Please let me know on this thread if you want to go, or if you would like to set a different time.
For reference sake I can go as pld or war under the lv 30 cap.

Yeah, I was supposed to make a post about this, but forgot. But Pierce got the gist of it.
Saturday probly noonish (12 PST) would work best, but Friday is also an option for me. Drag and I have Mea done, but I'm sure he'd help do it again (I know I can).
Again, it is 30 cap, and the most useful jobs seem to be RNG, SMN, WHM (Of course), and probably BLM. WAR tanks seemed to work well but I don't see a problem with PLD or NIN even.
Items that have usefulness are Reraise potions or scrolls (Oh yes, expect do die.)
A hermes quencher would work well on the last floor, but those are more of a luxury (they're about 10k). Hi-Potions and the usual food for the melee classes, Pies and Drinks for mages. Also, Echo Drops and ethers are pretty handy. Also, the Animas can be invaluable during the boss fight, go try and farm some if possible. The npc that makes them is in the building near Maat. He's wearing that 68 blm cloak. It costs 2k to make one anima.
It'd be nice to get an all-LS party going so that we'd be more fluid, and have more fun, but it may not be possible with schedules.
Anyway, hope to see people there. These things don't have to be a chore!

Id go but seeing as you Drag AND Pierce all have tank jobs for the proms i wouldnt be much help <.< Food will get you killed on Holla >.>

Also, since the cap is level 30, you'll only lose the amount of experience that you would at level 30, and not 38, in your case Pierce. And if I'm not mistaken, a page from the Dragon Chronicles book could possibly make that up...
And I could always go as SAM if you *really* wanna help, Riven >_>

I was SUPPOSED to get dsl on monday the 24th... but verizon is really cool and fucked things up for me...  |

Uhh.... my friend turned 18 last Saturday, and is having his birthday party THIS Saturday, at 6 pm, as luck would have it :/ I'm really sorry guys, I can't make it Maybe I'll be on Friday or something, if my mother doesn't force me to go visit some college I don't wanna go to.... Anyway, if (worst case scenario) I can't make it at all, then good luck with Promies and Eco-warrior. I know we can beat Dem, we almost made it, but Holla.... I guess that's like 10 bitches on a bitch bike. |

That's actualy pretty true >_< to be "good and usefull" for a Promyvion you have to; Damage; Deal a lot of it, VERY fast. If the fight takes longer than six minutes, you're dead. On the thief comment, unless you could get 4-6 Viper Bite Skillchains off...I doubt they would do any good. That does bring up how Samurai might be beneficial however... High damage 2hour. This happens so much >< One thing goes wrong. One person dies. Then two, three...you get the patturn. Got you're 'uber' 2hour waiting? Think you can take the last //------ off? Well, I can do this with Summoner, proving how helpfull we are :/ Healing; One dang good White Mage or two Sub-Healers that don't mind a healing/resting patturn. This is just my feelings based on the...gosh...16 or so Promyvions I've done. Dem-4 Mea-3 Holla-9 (...) If I'm not mistaken The ideal party would be, still just in my opinion,; Summoner, Summoner, Ranger, Ranger, White Mage, Paladin (You did an awesome job Riven) |
