wewtzorz! How many (NA) Linkshells made it this far? How many on seraph? It something to be proud of, and reason to celebrate! We've already begun with a site re-design, which is looking really cool.
I would be thrill if we can get most of the LS to do some event. something attention grabbing would be great, also. Like I have posted onthe website, I was thinking of a mass suicide or a race of some kind ( with a level 1 job, of course ).

Most of you already know that Me (omnibahumut), Coreno and Bahumut are good friends in real life. (Actually me and core are brothers, but whatever). When I first heard about FFXI going online I was dissapointed, and wasn't going to buy it. Core wanted it, and after the intall, we watched the opening movie. Suddenly I was interested. I never really watched enough to learn how to play, but I often watched core, and eventually went out and bought it. Since both me and core now had it, bahu had to get it too, lol.
Of course, we all started on differant servers. We learned about world passes, and found out that they cost about 700gil (now they are what, 1500?). At the time, that was a crap load of cash. we decided that whoever got 700gil first would be the one who bought the world pass, and the others would delete thier characters and move to that server. I was the one who manage to pull that off, and brought core and bahumut to Seraph.
We were n00bs squared. I remember it was core (whm) bahu (blm) and me (war) partying every night in W ron and La thiene. I remember PTing with bahu much more than core. I'm pretty sure it was because he was just leveling faster than us. I remember going with bahu to King Ramps tomb and dieing there so many times. And now that I think about it, that where I met a lot of friends. In there I met Magius, Sephawraith, masterroshi and many others (sorry if I omit your name). I remember that we were so determined to see every square inch of that place. Those were one of my greatest moments. The times when exp wasn't important. It was just getting a random PT and exploring King Ranpenners tomb.
when I did exp, I remember going with bahu to the lake in LTP, and killing things for 50xp at like level 14. Thats where we met sephawraith, who felt that he had to show off to us for some reason, lol. I remember core telling us that he was getting 100xp in the dunes, which I thought was impossible and unreal.
Thats where he met Ephron and Therefused. I remeber core having his computer turned up loud, and one of Therefused's macros had <call11> in it. I guess it was an MP report, because I heard it over and over and over, to the point of insanity
So I went to the dunes, and got a PTs of my own, which is where I met baudan. he almost never said anything in PT chat, but I remember that we had some tell conversations.
I feel real bad, because I don't have the foggyest clue where Quishka came in the picture. I probably forgot on purpose... worst mistake of my life to give him a pearl.
one night, we all ended up in a PT: Coreno, Bahumut, Omnibahumut, Baudan, Therefused, Ephron. and somewhere along the line, someone brought up the idea of making a linkshell. I think it was the same thing again, where the person who had 8k first would buy the linkshell. I remeber buying it, and rushing to the dunes where we all met up again, and tried to decide on a LS name and color. we tried some names that were taken before we finally settled with "neobahumut". The color was pretty simple, because all the LS we ever saw were either blue or red. We wanted to be differant, so we decided on green. I made it as green as possible, and created the linkshell.
now I was annoyed because I was out 8k for this linkpearl, and wanted some money, so I was charging to give everyone a linkpearl. I think baudan gave me the most, 1k for his pearl. Or was it quish? bahu and core of course gave me like 300 gil each.
The rest is history, I guess.
