why do i feel my server is being camped?

One of these days I"m going to have enough spare parts to build another pc to act as just a server so i can fuck with my PC in peace.

Seriously though, you guys hit refresh on tehse boards when i'm workin on this thing waitin for it to come back?    Like everytime i bring the server back online within moments there is someone here

Anyway, finally got windows intalled, apache, mysql, and php working on my new hdd (which is really really fuckin fast)  

The only problem at the moment is i can only acesses some of the files and shit on my old hard drive while booted into the new one.  

Once I figure that out I can stay on my new installation.
