One word: BOTS. They're still heeeeeeere!!!

Players have to realize that they are the root of the problem. Yes, us. If no one buys, no one sells. It's as simple as that. One obvious solution is to stop buying from these in-game sellers. But fine, we have to be realistic. Other players might flat out refuse to stop their gil-buying habits. Blame laziness, not enough time to play and earn gil, etc. If there's a will, there's a way. Ok then. If you must buy gil, why not get it from respectable companies like IGE, for instance, who know what they're doing. At least, they have reputations they need to protect...unlike the spammers out to make a quick buck at our expense.

btw I'm totally getting back into this.  Idc what the fiancee says anymore lol

I totally called that! lol.. I await for your grand return. Fiancee? I thought u were getting married in the summer..

Hm I agree, the interface is not as bad as people say once you get the hang of it. Again macros make it a non-issue almost, unless you have to go into your inventory to manage loots. Some of the reviews (especially from big sites) out there are very unjust as you can tell in some of them the reviewer didn't even spend more than 3 hours in the game.

Anyways, Feryl I KNOW you will like. So yah play.

Yaaa.... I be gettin in this one too i'm afraid.... I miss having rude people sitting on my dead body.  Oh... another thing that stuck out... some idiot reviewer was complaining about complex macros that required several lines to change gear sets out and do specialized moves and such......

srsly wtf??? If all you like playing is WoW and Halo then why are you reviewing this game???  God I think I had almost every single macro slot filled on my old blm.

Well its mostly because normally changing gear is a huge pain in the ass, so the only way to realistically have multiple jobs is to macro each of them.

To me though, simply because people think it's an advanced option that they shouldn't have to resort to.. does not justify their complaints of wanting things spoon fed to them... especially it gets rid of the one main problem people complain about. Guides on using macros have been on their closed beta site, open beta site, and now the lodgestone website all along.. it's one thing they rely you on learning.. with the amount of customization from changing equipment to equipping actions, is there really a better way? I mean FFXI didn't have the UI problem, most people still resort to using macros.. mind you in FFXIV you can't change equipment while casting or performing an action..

I just learned about this: http://www.yetikitn.com/ffxiv/ It's a macro maker Azn! I'm incredibly stupid when it comes to macros. I didn't use a single macro during FFXI... but then again my only job was to refresh and debuff. It really didn't take all that much effort xD. Now I am playing a Marauder and things are more complicated. So, macros are a must, especially when I go from soloing to partying (LOL, I have only partied once. I really need to make some friends xD).

All in all... my only complaint is that there is no AH. And I'm not really going to get into all that. We all know how everyone feels about it =_=.
