Ok so.... I've realized by now that i'll never kick my gaming habit... and honestly.. why the hell should I?

Questions:

1: Do we have to pick servers again?  If so, what server will everyone be on?

2: Whats the monthly subscription rate for this thing?

I believe the subscription cost will be 12.99 just like before. Says it on the game requirements on the website.
