...that FFXIV is in the works and that it looks absolutely beautiful.
The first thing I did was say to myself "oh shit, there's no way I'll be able to resist the urge to play this game."
The second thing I did was wonder if Neobahumut still exists. Does it!?
Regardless, how the hell are you all doing?

I apologize for not noticing that there was already a thread similar to this. I'm on my Blackberry and I guess I was looking at the dates on the stickies ('06, '07), or else I would've posted in the most recent thread! Oh well!

Good to see you guys are still alive, too! Any big life events in the past 4-5 years?
I gotta say that I'm a little miffed by the fact that they're keeping the same character models but renaming everything. I'll always refer to Tarutaru as Tarutaru! I think it's laziness, to be honest. I am interested to hear about the combat system. Real-time would be wonderful, so hopefully they choose that route.
If I can sucker my wife into playing, my chances of being able to do so grow exponentially, so I'll try to start working the magic.

Graduated school n' such. Have a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design, and been doing temp work for a TV station in Philly the past year. Other than that life has been life. Have a Wii, though haven't really touched it in 8 months or so No PS3 or 360, unfortunately. On Steam, playing TF2 a bit. Omnibahumut on there, too. |
